President Obama’s trip to Canada last week was watched intently in our state. Michigan and Ontario are each other’s largest trading partners. And, Canada maintains a consulate in Detroit that is the size of some other country’s embassies. Consul General Robert Noble is Canada’s top diplomat in Detroit.
