Efforts in Congress to aid Detroit’s struggling automakers hit a snag yesterday. It seems that most Republicans legislators are opposed to the idea of a bail-out. Democrat Sander Levin is in favor of helping out the industry. He’s represented Royal Oak in Congress for more than a quarter century. Michigan Radio’s Jack Lessenberry spoke with him.
