The controversy over how to seat the Michigan Democratic delegates was finally resolved Saturday. Rick Pluta is Lansing Bureau Chief for the Michigan Public Radio Network. He was in Washington to cover the rules and bylaws meeting which made the decision. Michigan Radio’s Jack Lessenberry spoke with Rick while he was waiting for his plane back to Lansing.
