The 28th annual Mackinac Policy Conference begins today on Mackinac Island. This year’s conference theme is “Building a Stronger Michigan.” Dick Blouse is the head of Detroit Regional Chamber. The Chamber holds the Mackinac conference each year. Michigan Radio’s Jack Lessenberry spoke with him.
