Ever had the experience of sitting down to dinner and then jumping up to answer the phone -- only to hear a recorded “robocall” about a political candidate? State Senator Michelle McManus has sponsored a bill which would do something about that. It would require all robocalls to start by saying who paid for the call. And such calls would be outlawed between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. Michigan Radio’s Jack Lessenberry spoke with her.
