This Sunday, Daylight Saving Time kicks in three weeks earlier than before. Supporters of the extension say that it will save the nation billions in energy costs. But there may also be a Y2-K like downside -- many computers may not be prepared for the switch. This could mean chaos in everything from travel schedules to the stock market. Sixth District Michigan Congressman Fred Upton was the author of the Amendment changing when daylight saving time starts. Michigan Radio’s Jack Lessenberry spoke with him.
