Halloween used to be the night that kids cut eyeholes in a sheet and went trick or treating down the block. Now, people spend thousands on elaborate spooky displays. Halloween is changing, and the experts are divided on what this says about our culture, and whether it's good for our kids. What do you think of Halloween?
