Interview: David Cole - 1/14/2009

This morning, Governor Granholm signed a $335 million incentive package aimed at bringing battery research to the state. This comes after General Motors announced on Monday that it would make the battery for their electric Chevy Volt here in Michigan. Could batteries be a new way for Michigan to recharge its stalled economy? Michigan Radio’s Jack Lessenberry spoke with David Cole, Chairman of the Center for Automotive Research.
