This week Michigan Radio’s Senior Political Analyst Jack Lessenberry is speaking with those who are for and against this year’s ballot proposals. Today, Jack speaks with Diane Byrum. Ms. Byrum is Spokeswoman for the Michigan Coalition for Compassionate Care. She is in favor of Proposal One, which would legalize the use of medical marijuana in the state. Mr. Lessenberry spoke with her.
