Interview: Peter Henning - 8/28/2008

While the joyous drama of anointing a Democratic presidential nominee reaches a climax tonight in Denver, a very different type of drama will be playing out in Detroit next week.  Starting Wednesday, Governor Jennifer Granholm will hold hearings on whether to remove Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick from office.  Peter Henning is a law professor at Wayne State University.  He’s been following Mayor Kilpatrick’s case closely.  Michigan Radio’s Jack Lessenberry spoke to him.
