The price of a barrel of crude oil has more than doubled since this time last year. Michigan Representative Bart Stupak wants to do something about it. He believes that excessive speculation in oil futures is to blame, and he’s been holding hearings on Capitol Hill. Michigan Radio’s Jack Lessenberry spoke with the Democratic Congressman who represents the Upper Peninsula.
