The leaders of the western world’s top industrialized nations are in Japan for their annual summit this week…and, climate change has been high on their agenda. Yesterday, the leaders agreed on a comprehensive plan to limit green house gas emissions. Andrew Hoffman is a professor of sustainable development at the University of Michigan. He helped to write a report on climate change that was presented to the G-8 summit this week by former British Prime Minister Tony Blair. Michigan Radio’s Jack Lessenberry spoke with him.
