Interview: John Larsen - 11/14/07

Here’s some good news: Greenhouse gas emissions from industrial energy use have declined by 27 percent in Michigan. That‘s twice the decline other Midwestern states have experienced and nine times the national average. But is this happening because of Michigan’s industrial and manufacturing decline? John Larsen is a research analyst with the World Resources Institute. He studied greenhouse gas emissions from 1990 to 2003. Michigan Radio’s Jack Lessenberry spoke with him.
