Probably nobody has ever spent more time in old Tiger Stadium than Ernie Harwell. He broadcast virtually every game played there for more than thirty seasons. This week he met with Detroit’s mayor and city council to offer a plan to preserve part of the historic site. Michigan Radio’s Jack Lessenberry spoke with Harwell about his plan.
