Interview: Frank Quinn - 6/21/07

The Great Lakes are lower than they have been in decades, and people are starting to get concerned. Is this within the normal range of fluctuations? Or is something else going on? Frank Quinn is a civil engineer and a hydrologist with a long history of studying the Great Lakes. Michigan Radio’s Jack Lessenberry spoke with him.
