Interview: Alicia Allen - 2/14/07

Valentine’s Day is supposedly when people’s thoughts turn to love, which once upon a time meant marriage. What you might not know is that a century ago, Michigan was the place people from other states flocked to when they wanted a quickie marriage.  Alicia Allen is a librarian in St. Joseph Michigan.  Michigan Radio’s Jack Lessenberry spoke with her.
