Interview: Steven Wildman 12/13/06

Michigan’s legislature is about to pass a bill that will dramatically change cable TV in this state. The existing system of local control will be replaced by a uniform set of statewide video rules.  But is this good or bad for the average consumer?  Professor Steven Wildman studies telecommunication regulations at Michigan State University.  Michigan Radio’s Jack Lessenberry spoke with him.
