Interview: Noah Hall - 12/18/06

Should companies be allowed to withdraw water from the Great Lakes, bottle it and sell it? The Michigan Court of Appeals has said this is a beneficial use of water and reversed a decision that would have closed Nestle’s Ice Mountain plant near Mecosta.  Noah Hall is a law professor at Wayne State who specializes in water law.  Michigan Radio’s Jack Lessenberry spoke with him.
