Interview: Susan Fino - 11/21/06

Michigan voters this fall enacted three new state constitutional amendments. That means the Michigan Constitution now has been amended more times since 1963 than the federal Constitution has since 1791. Michigan Radio’s Jack Lessenberry spoke with Wayne State University’s Susan Fino.  She is an expert in the judicial process and public law.
