Interview: Charles Ballard - 9/13/06

Over the last few decades Michigan’s manufacturing economy has been in decline.  The question is, what will the state’s economy of the future be. And how does the state position itself for the future?  Economist Charles Ballard takes a look at these issues in his new book called “Michigan’s Economic Future.”  Michigan Radio’s Jack Lessenberry spoke with him.
