For years, inner-city residents have complained that they have had to pay more money for the same goods as people in the suburbs, Now a major new study has found that this is all too true.
Matt Fellowes is a researcher at the Brookings Institute and a co-author of the study of what is being called “the ghetto tax.” Michigan Radio’s Jack Lessenberry spoke with him.
