Congressman Bart Stupak has one of the largest congressional districts in the country – his territory includes the entire Upper Peninsula and extends to Bay City – and is three times bigger than all New Jersey. This week, he’ll be among other Michigan Congressmen at the annual Mackinac Island policy conference. Michigan Radio’s Jack Lessenberry spoke with him about some of the challenges his district faces.
